The Human Condition-- philosophy about real life

Another comment I sent on behalf of LGBTQ rights

I am a Nissan owner, and love my car.  However, I was dismayed to learn that Nissan, Inc. only received a score of 30 out of 100 on Human Rights Campaign’s Buyer’s Guide.  Curious about the low score, I investigated and learned that Nissan’s Non-discrimination policy does not include gender identity/expression.  This is unacceptable discrimination.  Nissan claims to be committed to diversity, yet it does not protect its employees that are transgender or express their gender in atypical ways.  I will definitely consider Nissan’s policies the next time I need to purchase a vehicle, and unless Nissan changes its discriminatory stance, I am unlikely to buy another Nissan.
